Excellent Pot Roast
Excellent Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. eye of the round roast, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 carrots, sliced, 1 onion, sliced and 1 c. red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Roll roast in flour and brown on all sides in oil in Dutch oven or heavy roaster.
Add broth, wine, tomato paste, crushed garlic, carrots, celery and onion.
Cook on top of stove 1 1/2 hours.
Add potatoes and cook 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are done.
