Ever-so-Easy Fruitcake
Ever-So-Easy Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 (28 oz.) jar none such ready-to-serve mincemeat (regular, brandy or rum) and 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients.
Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes.
Turn out of pan.
I have also baked this in 2 loaf pans, reducing baking time.
