Ever Ready Muffins
Ever Ready Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 oz. box raisin bran flakes (7 1/2 c.), 3 c. sugar, 5 c. flour, 5 tsp. baking soda and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.
Keeps in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
Bake a few at a time if needed.
Fill muffin tins (greased or lined with paper cups) 2/3 full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
