Eunice's Chicken Casserole
Eunice'S Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 whole chicken breasts, 1/4 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook chicken until tender.
Bone and cut into bite size.
Mix broth, cream of chicken soup and cream cheese together.
Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
Layer crackers in bottom of baking dish, then chicken, then soup mixture.
Repeat until all ingredients are used, topping with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
