Eston's Chicken Casserole
Eston'S Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 c. ritz crackers and 1/2 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stew chicken until done and debone.
Put layer of chicken on bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with onion powder.
Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Spread evenly over deboned chicken.
Mix oleo and crushed Ritz crackers.
Spread on top. Bake at 350Β° until hot.
