Erika's Cornbread
Erika'S Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. self-rising cornmeal, 1 (8 oz.) cream-style corn, 1 med. onion, finely chopped, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1/4 c. mazola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together. Spray pan with Pam lightly. Makes 12 muffins or 9 X 9 pan. Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes (don't over cook).
