English Toffee Balls
English Toffee Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (3 1/2 oz.), 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
In large bowl, cream powdered sugar, butter and pudding mix.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Stir flour, milk and vanilla into creamed mixture; mix well.
Cut Hershey Nuggets in halves and shape dough around each half forming a ball.
Top each ball with a pecan half.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 13 to 18 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Makes about 3 dozen.
