English Toffee
English Toffee is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. butter (2 sticks), chopped pecans and 2 to 3 hershey bars, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook the sugar and butter in heavy boiler on medium heat. Will get foamy.
Stir constantly until golden and to a hard crack stage.
Pour over chopped pecans.
Lay 2 to 3 Hershey bars on top. After they melt (look dull), spread over top.
Let cool; break into pieces.
