English Sherry Trifle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jam sponge roll or 2 pkg. ladyfingers, 1 pkg. birds custard powder (import section), 1 large can fruit salad, 4 bananas and 1 pt. low-fat milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Slice half the sponge roll into 1-inch squares or rounds (or use ladyfingers) into bottom of glass bowl.
Soak with half the sherry.
Layer with fruit salad (reserve the cherries), 3 sliced bananas, the remainder of the sponge roll and finish with half a cup of sherry.
