English Pea Casserole
English Pea Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans english peas, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 5 boiled eggs, 1/2 lb. american cheese and 1 pkg. saltine crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain 1 can of peas.
Place in bottom of a large casserole dish. Layer 2 1/2 boiled eggs and 1/2 can mushroom soup.
Cover with sliced cheese. Stand saltine crackers up around inside of casserole dish.
Melt 1 stick oleo in pan.
Crumble up enough crackers to take up liquid oleo.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
