English Muffin Pizzas
English Muffin Pizzas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. english muffins, each split in halves, 1 jar pizza sauce, 1 can mushrooms, 1 pkg. pepperoni and 1 small onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Split your English muffins down the middle; put them on a cookie sheet with insides of muffin facing up.
Put pizza sauce to cover the whole English muffin right to the edges.
Put on each one some mushroom, onion, pepper, sausage, Romano cheese, pepperoni and last Mozzarella.
Sprinkle all on top of each English muffin, then put in oven at 350Β° for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove; let cool about 2 minutes. Enjoy.
If you don't like everything on it, put what you like.
