English Cheese Melts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 english muffins, 2 cans (2.25 oz. each) sliced or chopped olives, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.), 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut English muffins in half.
Set aside.
In large bowl mix together olives, cheese, onions, mayonnaise and salt.
Spread mixture evenly over 12 muffin halves.
Place on baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Cut in half before serving.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
