Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 tortillas, 1/2 c. oil, 1 can enchilada sauce, 15 oz. can tomato sauce and 1 1/2 lb. hamburger or chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown hamburger, drain.
Fry tortillas lightly in hot oil.
Dip into enchilada and tomato sauce (mixed together).
Place meat, onions and olives on tortillas, sprinkle with cheese.
Roll and place in oiled baking dish, seam side down.
Pour remaining sauce on top.
Bake in 350Β° oven until bubbly (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve immediately.
Garnish each enchilada with shredded lettuce and hard cooked egg, if desired.
