Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. small flour tortillas, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated and 1 lb. jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown onion and ground beef.
Add 1/2 cup sauce to mixture and 1/2 cup cheese.
Heat sauce; dip tortillas in sauce.
Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture; roll and place in pan, seam side down.
Cover enchiladas with sauce and grated cheese.
Heat for 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
