Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 3 chili peppers, 4 onions, 28 oz. jack cheese and 1 can tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Chop 1 onion, olives and grate cheese.
Set aside.
Fry beef, 3 onions and peppers together.
When onions are coked, drain and put into boiling pot with tomato juice, olive juice, tomato sauce and chili powder.
Boil until blended.
While this cooks, warm tortillas over low open fire.
