Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 c. sliced green onion, 1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce and 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook beef and 1/2 cup onions until meat is brown and onions are tender.
Add chili powder.
Cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in 1 can enchilada sauce, garlic salt and pepper.
Simmer meat mixture, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
