Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 1 small onion, 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted, 1 (10 oz.) mild enchilada sauce and 8 (7-inch) flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat and onion; drain and return to skillet.
Add tomato soup and enchilada sauce.
Stir well.
Add meat sauce mix to each tortilla.
Sprinkle on some cheese; roll each enchilada up. Place seam-side down in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Pour remaining meat mixture over tortillas.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Uncover.
Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
Bake 5 minutes.
