Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 flour tortillas, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 can chili without beans and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Ground meat until meat is brown and onions are tender.
Add chili and seasonings.
On each tortilla, put a small amount mixture, cheese and onion. Roll up and place in baking
Pour remaining meat sauce on top, more onion and top cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts or if sauce seems too dry or there is not enough to cover the tortillas, use a can of El Paso enchilada sauce.
