Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 to 2 cloves garlic, 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oil.
Add onion and garlic.
Saute until golden brown. Add meat and brown.
Sprinkle flour over meat and onion.
Add tomato sauce, water, vinegar, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.
Line greased casserole with some sauce.
Add tortilla and top with grated cheese and sauce.
Repeat another layer.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
