Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper.
Add rest of ingredients. Grease large baking dish.
Place a layer of tortillas and a layer of meat mixture until all meat mixture is used, with meat on top. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
(Longer if you want it thicker.)
When done, top with grated cheese.
