Enchilada Pie
Enchilada Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburg, 1/2 onion, sliced, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can chili beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown hamburg and onion and set aside.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup, chili beans, enchilada sauce and green chilies.
Add hamburg to this mixture.
Cut 12 corn tortillas into quarters.
Line 13 x 9-inch pan with tortillas and layer with hamburg and soup mixture alternately with tortillas ending with mixture.
Top with Longhorn cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
