Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can enchilada sauce, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk, 1 lb. lean ground meat and 1 pkg. corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in a skillet.
Drain off the fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine sauce, soup and milk. Stir in the meat.
Break the tortillas into small pieces.
Put some meat in the casserole dish to cover the bottom.
Alternate meat, tortillas and cheese. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
