Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, seasoned, browned and drained, 1 onion, chopped and sauteed, 1 (16 oz.) can sliced olives, 1 or 2 cans diced chilies and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together hamburger, onion, olives, chilies and soup. Layer in pan tortillas, enchilada sauce, meat and cheese.
Should layer about 2 or 3 times.
Use flat cake pan.
