Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 2 cans pinto beans, 1 pkg. mccormick enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese and flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown hamburger; drain.
Add undrained pinto beans and the dry enchilada sauce and water.
In cake or lasagna pan, layer bean mixture, cheese, then 2 to 3 flour tortillas and continue in that order until all used.
Top layer should be the bean mixture and cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
