Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 doz. corn tortillas, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onion and hamburger; add soups, sauce and milk.
Stir. Spoon small amount in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, then add layer of tortillas.
Repeat, ending with hamburger mixture.
Sprinkle cheese and olives on top; cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°. Take off foil; bake another 10 minutes.
