Enchilada Casserole
Enchilada Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, 1 (10 oz.) can water, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and water.
Brown meat with garlic and onion.
Add egg and olives.
Add salt and 1/2 cup of sauce.
In a casserole, layer tortillas (dipped first in sauce), meat mixture and cheese.
Pour over remaining sauce.
Top with cheese.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
