Encheez-Lada
Encheez-Lada is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz, 1/2 tsp. ground cumin, 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken and 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain chiles.
Combine soup, cheese spread and cumin.
Mix well.
Add chicken and chiles.
Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture over bottom of 3 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Layer 4 tortillas, dipped in taco sauce and 1/3 of remaining chicken mixture.
Repeat layers 2 more times.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 39 minutes.
Top with lettuce and tomato.
