Emmy's Big Buns
Emmy'S Big Buns is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 2 tbsp. warm water (105~ to 110~), 4 tbsp. plus 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1 1/2 c. warm potato water and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
When yeast is foamy, mix it with 4 tablespoons of the margarine, the potato water (see Note), sugar, salt, milk, eggs and 4 cups flour.
Mix until a ragged dough forms, adding flour as needed.
