Emerald Salad Dessert
Emerald Salad Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 2 cups; bring to boil.
Add gelatin to boiling syrup and stir to dissolve.
Add drained pineapple; pour into 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch dish.
Cover immediately with a layer of marshmallows.
Chill until gelatin is firm.
