Emerald Salad
Emerald Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 small pkg. lime jello, 4 sliced bananas, 2 c. chunk pineapple, drained (save juice) and 2 c. pineapple juice from can plus enough water to make 2 c., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix the first four ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan and let set. Cook remaining ingredients, except sour cream, until thick.
Fold in sour cream.
Spread mixture on top of jello.
Chill several hours.
