Elsie's Peanut Butter Fudge
Elsie'S Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. white karo syrup, 1 c. evaporated milk, 2 sticks margarine and 7 oz. marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine in pan, add milk, syrup and sugar.
Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until soft balls form in cold water (about 5 minutes after it starts to boil).
Remove from heat, stir in 7 oz. marshmallow crème, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix quickly and thoroughly.
Pour in a 9 x 12 inch buttered pan. Let cool.
For chocolate fudge add 1 cup cocoa.
