Ellen's Slushy Punch
Ellen'S Slushy Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 4 c. boiling water, 5 c. cold water, 4 c. sugar and 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve Jell-O in 4 cups boiling water; add 5 cups cold water. Set aside.
In another pan, mix 4 cups sugar and 4 more cups water. Bring to a boil.
Add sugar mixture to Jell-O mixture.
Add bottle of lemon juice concentrate and 1 large can of pineapple juice.
Mix all and freeze in milk cartons.
Take out of freezer 3 to 4 hours before use.
Add 2 quarts ginger ale to punch bowl with frozen mixture.
Serves 100.
