Elim Fried Chicken
Elim Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken (as many pieces as you need), 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in the coating mix.
Put the chicken on a well-greased cookie sheet that is lined with tinfoil.
Spoon the melted butter over each 6 or 8 pieces of chicken, depending on the size.
Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until nice and brown, at 425° for 20 minutes, then at 350° for the remainder of the time.
