Elephant Stew
Elephant Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 elephant, 2 rabbits, 500 lb. rice and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut elephant in small bite-size pieces; this will take about 2 months.
Add enough brown gravy to cover.
Simmer on kerosene fire for about 4 weeks.
Serve stew over steaming rice.
Yields approximately 3,800 servings.
If more are expected the 2 rabbits may be added.
This should only be done if absolutely necessary because most people do not like to find hare in their stew.
