Elephant Stew
Elephant Stew is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium sized elephant, cut up in bite size pieces, 1/2 bushel each potatoes, diced; onions, diced and carrots, diced and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place all ingredients in large kettle and season to taste. Cook over slow heat for 2 weeks.
One medium size elephant will serve 762 people, but if extra guests should arrive, one rabbit may be added to "stretch" the stew.
