Elegant Crabmeat Spread
Elegant Crabmeat Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 small envelope unflavored gelatin and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat undiluted soup.
Mix gelatin with 3 tablespoons water. Combine with soup.
Gradually mix with cream cheese.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill in mold or serving dish.
Serve with assorted crackers and/or raw vegetable cuts.
(Can mold into 2 cottage cheese size cups.)
Serves small crowd deliciously.
