Made with 1 large bottle champagne, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. fresh lemon juice and 1/4 c. syrup from maraschino cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients except champagne and let stand in refrigerator until pineapple is thawed.
Just before serving, add well-chilled champagne.
