Eight Layer Salad
Eight Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bunch spinach, 3/4 head lettuce, shredded, 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and broken up, 8 green onions, chopped and 1 box frozen peas (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Line large Pyrex dish with spinach.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, bacon, onion, lettuce, peas and eggs.
Mix cream and mayonnaise.
Add 1/4 cup cheese.
Spread on top of salt; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Chill 24 hours.
