Eight Hour or Overnight Salad
Eight Hour Or Overnight Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head chopped lettuce, 1 small head cauliflower, 1 sweet onion, 3/4 c. bacon bits and 1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a bowl, layer the lettuce, small cauliflower pieces, sliced onion and bacon bits.
Mix sugar in mayonnaise and spread over top of bacon bits sealing it to the edges.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let set overnight or at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Stir completely before serving.
