Eggs Lorraine

Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Put 12 eggs in pan; break yolks.
Put chopped onion and pepper on top of eggs and salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms, sausage and cheese.
Pour over whipped cream.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β°.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut and serve.
