Line greased 9 x 13-inch dish with croutons and cooked sausage. Beat eggs, mustard, milk, soup and mushrooms.
Pour over sausage. Must be refrigerated overnight.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese last 20 minutes.
