Sift together flour, spices, soda and salt.
In a bowl mix oil, sugar and pumpkin by hand.
Add flour mixture to pumpkin a little at a time, until blended.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° until done, 45 to 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
