Mix together and let come to a boil the first four ingredients.
When cool add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and pour into layer pans.
Bake in moderately hot oven at 350 degrees until done.
Put layers together with Powdered Sugar Icing.
Can also be baked in a loaf pan.
