Egg Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork sausage (1/2 hot, 1/2 mild), 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 9 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown sausage.
Drain.
Saute onion and green pepper until tender.
Mix together.
Set aside. Mix last 5 ingredients together.
Add sausage.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove 1 hour before cooking.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes (let stand at least 10 minutes before cutting).
May sprinkle with more cheese before baking if desired.
