Egg Rolls
Egg Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. lean pork, ground beef or chicken, 1/4 lb. shrimp, finely chopped (optional), 1/3 c. water chestnuts, chopped, 4 pieces dried mushrooms, soaked and chopped and 1/2 c. spring onion, cut very fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
Season with salt, pepper and m.s.g.
Blend in egg and soy sauce.
Beat mixture thoroughly.
At one end of the wrapper, spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll tightly.
Brush end of wrapper with water to seal.
Deep fry.
Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
