Egg Rolls
Egg Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. won ton wraps, 1/2 sweet and sour sauce, 2 c. chicken or pork and 1/2 c. each: green onions, carrots, leeks, celery, spinach stems and spinach leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In wok, brown meat.
Chop all vegies in tiny pieces.
Saute vegies in 1/2 teaspoon oil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cooked meat.
Add sauce.
Wrap in won ton paper.
Deep fry until golden brown.
