Egg Rolls
Egg Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or 7 oz. can chicken, 1/4 c. butter, 4 c. partially cooked cabbage, 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion and 1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown beef lightly in butter.
Add vegetables and seasoning. Cook about 5 minutes in wok or heavy skillet.
Drain and cool. Place a heaping tablespoonful in middle of wrap.
Spread to half of roll.
Roll according to package.
Deep fry until lightly golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).
Serve with favorite seafood sauce (sweet and sour).
