Egg Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean sausage, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 can mixed chinese vegetables, drained and 1 pkg. egg roll skins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except egg roll skins.
Spoon 1 tablespoon onto egg roll skin; fold.
May use drop of water to seal edges.
Deep fat fry until brown on both sides.
May also use mixture for won tons.
Serve as a snack or as a side dish.
