Egg Rolls
Egg Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers, 2 heads chopped cabbage (1 small and 1 medium), 8 grated carrots, 1 medium minced onion and 1 pkg. chicken breast or shrimp, cleaned and deveined, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix cabbage, carrots and onion.
Set aside.
Slice and dice chicken into small pieces.
If shrimp, dice into small pieces also. Using wok or fry-pan, add oil. Let it heat up.
Add garlic and chicken. Stir until cooked.
Slowly add vegetable mixture. Keep stirring until all is in the pan.
Cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Add soy sauce until the flavor you like, 2/3 cup or less.
