Egg Rolls
Egg Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/4 c. chopped scallions, 1 c. chopped cabbage and 8 to 10 egg roll wrappers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook celery, onion, scallions and cabbage in oil for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in salt, pepper and meat.
Drain off excess water, cool.
Place 2 tablespoons of filling on one corner of egg roll wrapper and roll up, tucking opposite end in.
Seal with a little water.
Fry in deep hot oil until brown.
Serve with hot mustard and duck sauce.
Makes 8 to 10 egg rolls.
